## 配置问题

> **菜单里找不到 Developer**
>
> 需要先开启开发者模式：「Help → Troubleshooting → Enable Developer Mode」。开启后应用会重启，重启后才会出现「Developer」菜单

> **配置窗口是只读的**
>
> 说明电脑上已经存在企业管理员下发的配置，个人无法修改，请联系你的 IT 管理员

> **模型列表为空或缺少模型**
>
> 在配置窗口左上角「Search settings」中搜索 `models`，手动添加需要的模型名称，例如 `your-claude-model`，然后点击「Apply Changes」

> **和 Claude Code 的配置有什么关系**
>
> 两者互不影响。Claude Desktop 的 API 设置不读取 `~/.claude/settings.json`，Claude Code 命令行工具需要按 [Claude Code 安装与配置](https://docs.kuajieaigc.com/claude-code/introduction.md) 单独配置

## 错误排查

> **提示 401 或认证失败**
>
> * 确认 API Key 已正确复制（无多余空格），且在有效期内
> * 确认创建 API Key 时厂商选择的是「Anthropic」
> * 确认「Gateway auth scheme」为 `bearer`
> * 确认「Custom inference headers」中已添加 `User-Agent`，名称和值没有多余空格
> * 确认请求地址为 `https://api.kuajieaigc.com`，没有加 `/v1`

> **连接超时或无法访问**
>
> 打开「Developer → Configure Third-Party Inference…」，将「Gateway base URL」换成 [API 地址](https://docs.kuajieaigc.com/quickstart/cli-setup.md#请求地址) 中的其他地址，点击「Test connection」确认连通后，再点击「Apply Changes」
